On November 19, 2020, the founding meeting of Jiangxi Green Recycling Co., Ltd. (formerly Jiangxi GME Resources Recycling Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "GER") and the 1st extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2020 were held in Fengcheng, Jiangxi. All its shareholders, directors, supervisor candidates, senior managers to be appointed, and representatives of intermediary agencies attended the meeting.

Witnessed by the attendees, all shareholders reviewed and approved 16 proposals related to the company's articles of association and management system. At the meeting, the voters elected Qin Yufei, Ouyang Mingzhi, and Wang Xiaoxiang as the directors, and Professor Li Jinhui from Tsinghua University and Professor Li Yingzhao from South China University of Technology as independent directors, Luo Wei, Yu Keli, and Qiao Shaohua as the supervisors to form the 1st board of directors and 1st board of supervisors of the Company. At the 1st meeting, Qin Yufei was elected as chairman of the board, Luo Wei as chairman of the board of supervisors, Zhu Daolong was appointed as general manager, and other 8 persons including Zhou Wen as deputy general managers. At the meeting, the newly appointed directors, supervisors, and senior executives met and exchanged with shareholders.

Established in Fengcheng in May 2010, Jiangxi Green Recycling Co., Ltd. is a recycling industry base invested and constructed by GEM Group in Fengcheng. The establishment of GER marks that the Company has stepped to a new beginning in the ownership structure, organizational form and company governance, and also sounded the clarion call to enter the capital market. With the help of the capital market, GER determines to be a eco-friendly enterprise that has an active impact on the national economy and creates a world-class green industry base for recycling economy!
