In order to give full play to the trade unions in company development and improve sense of responsibility and mission of GER’s employees, to accelerate the implementation of the company's development plan, and to construct a harmonious company, Jiangxi Green Recycling Co., Ltd. held the founding congress of Labor Union and the 1st member representative conference on December 12, 2020. Zhu Daolong, general manager of GER Group, and Li Zhizhuan, deputy general manager, attended the conference. The conference set up a main venue and 5 branch venues, and 75 member representatives participated in on line or at site.

The voters elected 21 members of the trade union committee, and 3 members of the funding review committee and 3 women members of female worker committee. Subsequently, the Company held the 1st session of labor union committee, funding review committee, and female worker committee was. At the meeting, the voters elected Luo Wei as the chairman of the trade union, Li Kun and Li Lin as vice chairmen of the trade union, and Ma Qiangqiang as the director of funding review committee, Chen Kemei and the director of female worker committee.

At the meeting, Luo Wei, the new chairman of the labor union, made a statement on behalf of the members of the first session of trade union team. He stated that “when you hold an office, you should consider the proper policies”. He said that he will work with the newly elected members to resolutely implement the Trade Union Law of the People’s Republic of China at the post of the chairman of labor union, and abide by the four responsibilities of “maintenance, participation, construction and education", give play to the role of cohesion, participation in the deliberation and administration of company affairs and rights protection of the union, and march the labor union’s work to be at the forefront of the Company. He will make efforts to build the labor union into a mass organization that fulfills the purpose of the CPC, serves the development of the group, obtains the employee’s trust, so as to contribute to the company's production and operation.

Finally, Zhu Daolong, general manager of GER Group, delivered a speech, expressing warm congratulations on the founding of the labor union. He also pointed out that the GER is now standing at an important turning point. The founding of labor union will inject new powers into the Company in this critically historical period, and will bring unlimited vitality to all employees. He hoped that the members of the labor union will exercise their rights and responsibilities to serve the reform and development of the company, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees, becoming a home for employees. And all employees of Green Cycle should work hard together and actively contribute ideas and suggestions to make the company forge ahead.
