The whole system of testing equipment for the high quality of recycled plastics

The analysis and testing center owns a complete testing category, including chromatographic analysis room, physical and chemical analysis room, thermal analysis room, aging analysis room, mechanics laboratory, balance room, etc., and is equipped with more than 80 sets of various R&D equipment such as GC-MS (Gas Chromatograph-mass Spectrometer), ICP (Inductively Coupled Plasma Spectrometer), ICS (Ion Chromatography Analyzer), FITR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer), TGA (Thermogravimetric Analyzer), DSC (Differential Thermal Analyzer). Relying on the existing testing hardware, the center is capable to carry out various physical and mechanical tests such as material stretching, bending, and impact resistance, as well as Rohs environmental protection testing, waste water and waste hazardous substances detection.

In the test center with an area of 2500 m2, the Company has build three 35-type parallel twin-screw extrusion pelletizing test lines, one 50-type parallel twin-screw extrusion pelletizing test line, three injection molding test lines, and one 600 mm blow molding, printing and bag making test line, one 300 mm sheet extrusion molding test line and one vacuum blister molding test line, so that the center owns very complete hardware conditions such as waste plastic washing and sorting, polymer material modification and plastic molding and processing, thus building a stable foundation for technical development in various related fields.
