The 30-day “Internship Training for Fresh Graduates” was officially held in Jingmen GEM International Conference Hall in the morning of July 10, 2013. This training is divided into general training, production line training and internship summary.
The internship training aims to make fresh graduates adapt to the working environment as soon as possible, give better play to their initiative and enthusiasm, and feel the cordiality and harmony of the GEM family directly, and deepen the understanding of each other for good cooperation in future work.

Next, the graduates underwent a 20-day internship about production line. Through such internships, they would understand the production process better, open their mind in the practice, temper their abilities, and cultivate their habit of hard work.
Learn relevant theoretical knowledge, combine knowledge with practice, and give full play to its role.

On August 11th, , the intern representatives was elected by groups at the final summary meeting to make a speech, in which they shared their difficulties encountered during the internship, the knowledge they learned, and the achievements they obtained.
Although the internship was only one month, every graduate was working hard and studying seriously. Despite the hot weather, no one held back. We believe that every graduate will have a bright future in GEM.
